Liver Casserole


0,400 kg Veal Liver
0,600 kg Veal
6 spoons of Sour cream
2/3 cup of Milk
3 Eggs
2 Carrots
1 Onion
2 slice of White bread
1 root of Parsley

Way of cooking:

Buy fresh, juicy and mild veal, and boil it with carrot and root of parsley until it gets ready. White bread soake in milk. Then, for 15 minutes, we put the liver into the meat. Fry the onion to a golden color. Make all above cool. Boiled meat, vegetables and soaked bread twist twice in a meat grinder, add sour cream, and eggs. Gently stir and place in a bowl, and bake for 30 minutes. Baked casserole will weigh 1.4 kg. When serving, cut into portions and sprinkle finely chopped greens.
