Banush with brynza (goat’s milk cheese)

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Cornmeal
2 tbsp. Brynza
½ Egg
2 tbsp. Mineral water
2/3 cups Natural cream
1 tsp. Butter

Preparation:

Pour natural cream into a pot, add water. When boiling, add cornmeal. Stir constantly. When porridge starts to thicken, add egg (yolk) and stir. Cook until done. When ready serve on a plate and sprinkle with brynza.
