Omelet with cheese and herbs

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Butter
4 tbsp. Milk
One handful Cheese (grated)
A few sprigs Parsley

Preparation:

We use only local organic eggs for our omelettes. Beat the eggs and add milk. Beat mixture with a whisk. Heat oil on small frying pan, then add mixture to pan. Stir and fry over medium heat until half cooked. Add cheese and finely chopped parsley to the omelet. Fold omelette in half and fry until rosy color.
