Bulls with cherries

Ingredients:

0,100 kg Milk
0,450 kg Flour
0,010 kg Compressed yeast
1 Egg
0,230 kg Butter
For the filling:
0,720 kg Sour cherries (frozen)
0,100 kg Powdered sugar

Preparation:

Knead sifted flour with softened butter. In warm milk dissolve yeast. Add it and the egg to the flour. Knead the dough. When dough is well mixed, cut it into 16 parts. Roll each part into thin circles. Divide into 8 triangles. Place one cherry on each piece. Twist in the form of a rollercoaster. Put on a sheet and bake at a temperature of 160 degrees to a bluish color. Hot rolls we roll in sugar powder.
