Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:

0,220 kg Oatmeal flakes
0,080 kg Walnuts
0,020 kg Vanilla sugar
0,155 kg Margarine
0,080 kg Flour
0,120 kg Sugar
2 Eggs

Preparation:

Add sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, chopped walnuts, beaten eggs to the oatmeal flakes. Then add hot melted margarine, mix everything well. Form dough into balls of 70 grams and place on a cookie sheet greased with margarine. Press down on balls to form into round cookies. Sprinkle the tops with nuts. Bake at 160°C degrees until golden brown. Immediately move hot cookies to a cold plate.
