Steamed veal patties

Ingredients:

0,250 kg White bread
1,200 kg Minced veal
2  Eggs
0,020 kg Butter
0,200 kg Milk

Preparation:

Soak white bread in milk. Press out liquid and grind. Minced meat should be only from young veal. Add beaten egg and bread to the minced meat, beat mixture into a loose mass. Form minced meat into round patties and put on plate. Pour water into steamer, when the water boils, lay patties on the grid, cook until done.
