Ginger cookies

To prepare ginger biscuits You need:

2 Eggs
0,350 kg Oranges
0,080 Sugar
0,009 kg Powder to the cookies
0,020 kg Ginger
0,260 kg Powdered sugar
0,650 kg Wheat flour
0,350 kg Oils

Method of cooking:

Clear the ginger and use the smallest fraction of the heater. Beat with a mixer soft butter, sugar, grated ginger and eggs. Add the flour, powder and biscuits to knead dough.

Form a ball and wrap in foil. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Put orange under hot water, remove the zest and squeeze the juice. To add drop by drop orange juice to the powdered sugar and rub continuously until you get a thick mass of fudge. Add orange zest grated on a tiny side of the grater.

Roll out the dough to get thickness of 5 mm and cut cake in the form of hearts. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes. Warm cookies cover with fudge and leave to dry completely.
