Nut cookies

To prepare nut cookies you need:

140 g Flour
100 g Margarine
10 g Vanilla sugar
1 Egg
20 g Sour cream
20 g Yeast
50 g Sugar
30 g Raisins
50 g Walnuts

Method of cooking:

Grind flour and margarine and vanilla sugar. Add 1 egg yolk, 20g of sour cream, 20 g yeast.

Knead the dough and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Beat 1 egg white with 50 grams of sugar. Roll out the dough, cover it with egg white, sprinkle with raisins and Greek nuts.

Make a roll and divide it into 10 pieces and spread on a sheet, covered with parchment paper.

Bake cookies at 160 degrees until it will be golden in color.
