Salad “Colors of Summer”

To prepare the salad you need:

2 Slices of baguette
30 g Cheese
30 g Lettuce (red and green)
10 g Arugula
30 g Green beans
40 g Canned tuna
80 g Cherry tomatoes
3 Quail eggs
2 g Of sesame
2 g Of mix pepper

To prepare the sauce you need:

  • French mustard beans 10g
  • Sunflower 10g
  • Lemon juice 2 g
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 g

Method of cooking:

Take 2 slices of baguette, sprinkle each with 15 grams of cheese. Sandwiches put in hot oven for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

Tear to a bowl a mix of 30 grams of lettuce and 10 g arugula. Then put 30 g of boiled green beans. Put 40 g of canned tuna and 80 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

On the top pour the sauce 25 grams, which includes French mustard beans, oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.

Cut in half 3 quail eggs and add it to salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper mix.

Put on the top 2 sandwiches with cheese.
